Something About Leisa: Leisa has been cosmetic tattooing in Virginia for the past 10 years and is one of the first  technicians to become licensed by the state of Virginia as a Permanent Cosmetic Tattooer.  She began her career in 1998 in Richmond Virginia and eventually relocated and expanded throughout Northern Virginia and currently works for several of the areas most prestigious doctors and plastic surgeons.

Leisa’s style is a very natural appearance to enhance and bring out the best in what you already have, so that the end result is:  No one knows you have permanent makeup unless you tell them.

Her specialties include Eyebrows, Eyeliner and Corrective Procedures.  The technique involves no machines what-so-ever.  All of her work is done by hand, just as if she were drawing with a pen or pencil. She feels this gives her total control over precisely where she wants the pigment to go into the skin with a very natural looking appearance as the final result.

Leisa says:  “There is no other work that I’ve ever done that compares to cosmetic tattooing.”  When I am tattooing someone’s make-up, to me, it is not like work at all – it’s like I’m painting a picture.  The end result is so gratifying for both of us, nothing else I’ve ever done compares.”
